Questions people actually ask

Can I pay part points and part cash?

No — and that is deliberate. A redemption is covered by points in full, so a ₹2,000 product costs 2,000 points. It keeps the value of a point honest: ₹1, every time, with no fine print about minimum spends.

When do my points arrive?

With the order itself. The multi-brand rate and your tier bonus are both applied at that moment, so what you see is final.

Do my points expire?

Not while you are shopping. One paid order in any twelve months keeps your whole balance rolling forward. Go quiet for longer than that and the balance lapses.

How do I move up a tier?

Annual spend across all four brands. Cross ₹10,000 for Gold or ₹25,000 for Platinum and the tier holds for the rest of that year plus the whole of the next one.

What if I have a quiet year?

You drop one tier, never back to the beginning — Platinum becomes Gold, Gold becomes Silver.

Does a bigger basket earn more per rupee?

A wider one does. Two or more House brands in the same basket doubles the rate from 5% to 10%, whatever the total.

How tiers are set. Calendar-year spend, all brands. Crossing a threshold locks the tier for the rest of that year plus the whole next year. A quiet year drops you one tier, never to the start.
